The Haunted Mine.

Let me tell you a horrific tale which happened many years ago. A group of young men thought up an adventure to venture out into the woods. However, out of respect for the foolish men I shall not persist through this story with names.

A young man so desperate to be popular would do anything asked of him on demand, even venture through the dark mist to a certain twisted death.

It had just turned twelve and there he was, out of his depth, surrounded by a pack of brainless hooligans. Completely blinded by popularity they would do anything to have another tale to tell or a rumour to spread. Scurrying through the woods, like rats, they ran even deeper into the death trap by the second. Brave faces mocked and screamed jokes at each other, maybe as a way of comfort, but all five of them were haunted by a cold shiver which rushed through their ignorant bodies and screamed at them to turn back.

SMASH! Falling ten feet through the roof of a derelict mine; the running came to a halt. Laughter sprinted out over through the sleeping woods. 'Come on lads lets go, am sure the useless weasel can pull himself out' demanded a foolish voice. 'Please, no, don't leave me here. You said you were my friend' whispered a desperate, shaken voice from down below.

A rustle of ancient leaves filled the mine next to a fowl stench of bloodied, rotten flesh. Out of fear the rest of the group ran off like a bullet leaving a gun. The rustle crept closer the restless leaves rippled towards him. Frozen in fear, the whole mine became silent for but a few seconds. He in hails deeply, but, before he had the chance to exhale ...

A pack of dead hands came forward from the dark and grabbed his frozen body and dragged him into the black darkness and tore his fragile body into pieces. Painful screams caught up to the group and pierced their ears until they to vanished into the thick darkness.

Then that's all we ever knew. None of them made it out of the woods that night and nobody knew what happened to them. I'm the only one who knows...

Because I was there and will be coming for you shortly so beware.
